The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, complete, and, where possible, in its original packaging.

For logistical reasons, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Custom-made products or items that have undergone specific splicing work cannot be returned.
