You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

📦 Return conditions

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, complete, and, if possible, in its original packaging.

🚚 Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🔁 Exchanges

For logistical reasons, we do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

⚠️ Non-returnable products

Custom-made products or items that have undergone specific splicing work cannot be returned.

💳 Refund

Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.
