- Strict respect of the natural twist,

- Make a first mark at 100 × Ø: A
- Make a second mark B at the distance corresponding to the loop length from A
- Make a third mark C at 100 × Ø + 3 cm from B

- Insert the long-eye needle at C and exit it at B.
- Insert the working end into the needle.

- Pull the braid into itself. It will exit at C.
- Align mark A with B.

- Smooth the braid containing the working end.
- Roll it under the palm to homogenize the diameter.
